Public Call for Operation Team Assembly

Attached to the file would be a prerecorded holomessage that when selected would play. Trakaton's form would blaze to life in the classic display of a holographic transmission, the electric blue tinge accenting some features while diminishing others. Trakaton would be stood with his arms folded across his armoured chest, the cloak hanging loosely from his shoulders and the custom-fit plates of the armour looking as comfortable as an embrace. The scar on the right side of his face would be barely visible, his head ever so slightly turned to the right and he'd speak with a tone of authority:

"The 'Raven's Talon' a heavily modified 'D5-Mantis' was a regular returning Ship to the Pirate Coves of Rishi. Until we stole it, kidnapped its crew and put them under duress to learn their secrets. For rumours across known space state that the Ship is one of the fastest known to the Smugglers, able to break blockades and outrun even Imperial Mark VI Interceptors. The Pilot of the 'Raven's Talon' is simply known as 'Redrunner' by reputation and has since become a bumbling mess in the prison cells of the Horuset Spire.
The task before you is a simple one. The 'Raven's Talon' requires a crew of four to operate. Its navigation charts show hyperlane usage that is likely used by smugglers, pirates and other lowlifes to circumvent the more well know routes of the Alliance, Empire and Republic. You will board the 'Raven's Talon' from its place at the spaceport of Dromund Kaas in House Horuset's name, take the ship to Rishi and from there explore one of the hyperspace routes available on the navigational charts and see where they end up. Such routes are safe from navigational errors that would see the crew and ship obliterated but pirates, smugglers and the destination itself may prove problematic. Once the destination has been reached, begin returning to Dromund Kaas once more with your findings."

*With that the hologram would flicker and then fade from view. Leaving the viewer able to access the rest of the information provided.*

Location: The 'Raven's Talon' is currently in the spaceport of Dromund Kaas awaiting departure. From there, use the navigational computer to find your way to Rishi and then onwards to uncharted space.

((OOCly: The Operation can begin in the DK spaceport, with a Bounty Hunter class grouped so that the D-5 Mantis can be used later! The point of this Operation is to have an event that is near entirely based on space flight and exploration. That means the majority of the RP will be done aboard a starship, so have fun with some potentially new RP!))

The Ship: The Ship is an D5-Mantis. Nimble, quick and agile with enough cargo space to stow away enough supplies to aid in any blockade breaking, the reputation of the 'Raven's Talon' precedes it mostly in rumour and folklore. Most believed the ship to be culmination of many different ships all having their achievements attributed to a pinnacle of smuggling expertise.

Objectives: In this task there will be three primary objectives and no secondary objectives.
Primary Objective I: Board the Raven's Talon and make your way to Rishi.
Primary Objective II: Once at Rishi, use the navigational computers to travel to the 'Unknown' destination through the smuggler's hyperspace route.
Primary Objective III: Do not blow the cover that the 'Raven's Talon' is now in Imperial hands.

Time Frame: The team will have 18 days to complete the task and have the Ship returned from its journey to the spaceport of Dromund Kaas.
((The 20th of November will be the deadline!))

Estimated Party Size: The recommendation of Lord Kalkoran is that a party size of no more than four will be required to keep the chances of anonymity high. ((And only four can fit into a starship for the RP!))

*Vaenra flickers into view.*

"My Lord, we have taken the ship for a test ride, I must admit, it surpassed my expectations, my Lord. After we boarded it, I took charge and control of the ship, then we set off to Rishi.Once we reached Rishi, we have been contacted by someone that wanted to speak with the 'Raven', I tried to lie and look for a way to cease communications with him, however Specialist McCarthy stepped in and pretended to be the Raven, with success, we found out that someone or something by the name of Crurp is looking for heavy weapons for the sake of an assault, we could not find out more about the matter as that may have blown our cover. And from the same person we found that the Black passage leads to Mustafar, but on the way there's a Black hole, apparently. The other route named 'The winged Fury' has led us through an energy flux and dangerously close to a dying star. After what seemed like an eternity of struggling against the currents we made it out and reached Ryloth safely. The ship has been returned safely and the mission was a success. Thanks to the competence of our rag-tag crew. However, the Chiss was only useful for a few precise observations, nothing more."

Ongoing Crisis
The Republic Marches amongst lit fires!

The Balance of Power in the Northern Territories!

After the Republic liberated Pollus from Imperial influence, Anx Minor was devastated by I.T.E.C.’s nuclear mining and lingering Sith presence, while the Kesmere Ridge remained largely intact, enabling the Republic to steadily infiltrate and influence its powerful corporate systems. On Tertiary Kesmere—the largest hub—three megacorporations dominated: Oriyn Prospecting discovered resources, Kessdyne Resource Group extracted and profited from the capital Vethar’s Reach and its Ciivic Council, and Haeltor Maritime handled off-world transport. Beneath the façade of economic growth, however, The Republic secretly aimed to turn Tertiary Kesmere into a strategic launch point for operations in the Northern Territories. Contacted by Moff Vayen Korr, the Marshalling Prefect of the Northern Territories, the Pentarchy of House Horuset took on the job of delaying the Republic's actions. With preperations laid it culminated in a strike planetside lasting only two weeks to ignite anarchy. Acting covertly to sabotage Republic progress, they destabilized the region, leaving chaos in their wake as corporations collapsed under their own deception and local anti-corporate guilds rose up—unaware of the Empire’s hidden hand behind the unrest...

((OOC: Missions that relate to grand changes in the Northern Territories will have an impact on the balance of power shown above, with the end result being that the balance of power's state will determine how strong the Republic will be in given areas area. The balance of power can be pushing in our favour with bigger scale events aimed at taking the Republic down or fortifying ourselves in the North. This can be achieved through Operations, Adventures and Guild Events. The blue represents the Republic, and the Empire is red! This is organised by the Guild Team, so please direct OOC questions to them.))
