The Targeted Asset Restoration and Development [T.A.R.G] Initiative is a new project within the Sphere of Resurgence dedicated to the establishment of new supply lines according to the Powerbase's constantly evolving needs.

Where many aspiring Apprentices and Household Sith across the Powerbase have previously established their own assets, they have been isolated in their efforts. The T.A.R.G Coordinator has been assigned by the Pentarch of Resurgence to act as outreach, ensuring that every member of the Powerbase works towards its growth and expansion.

The T.A.R.G Coordinator has been granted permission, by the Pentarch of Resurgence, to establish contracts for the establishment of critical infrastructure across the Powerbase and to divert resources as necessary towards that purpose.

The T.A.R.G Coordinator is currently Apprentice Cadeon.

Spoiler: Contracts

Standard T.A.R.G Contract - The contract will see the appointed Sith be tasked with establishing a Complex asset and its supply chain, three basic assets. The basic assets will be owned by Resurgence, but they will receive an income from all three. The Complex Asset will be owned by the individual, with them receiving an income from such.


Planetary Expansion T.A.R.G Contract - An expedited version of the standard contract, the assets will be located on Ciutric. Planetary Expansion will further expedite the construction of the targeted assets, though the initial output of the Complex asset will be reduced along with an overall income from the restricted supply chain.

Thulian Naval Academy - Apprentice Cadeon

Status: Operational

Situated on the Fortress World of Thule, within a section of the Cadeon Estate, the Thulian Naval and Imperial Academy will have no shortage of potential recruits to train and assign to the Imperial War Machine for political favour with the wider Empire.


Furthermore, the Academy is situated directly over the desert plains of Thule - the proving grounds for the renowned Thulian Special Forces divisions.

The Academy is split into two sections. The Thulian Naval Academy will focus on the training of all naval roles required to man capital ships, from navigators to weapon crews, from janitorial staff to Imperial Marines. The Imperial Academy will focus on the training of Imperials, and is marked for branching out into more specialised roles. The Academy functions as a temple, with the twin gods of Zyantha and Mekhath sitting as patrons of the Naval personnel and Imperials respectively.

Spoiler: Asset Procurement

The ancestral fortress home of the Thulian branch of House Mharn was reclaimed and then defended by Apprentice Cadeon, with the temple district being marked for construction and a large barracks complex made. Further expansion came from an arrangement struck with Lord Vindral - in exchange for House Horuset’s assistance on Vykos he would be provided with the means to expedite the construction of his Academy’s supply chain or outright provided facilities.

Spoiler: Supply Line

The supply line for the Academy structure was secured through an arrangement struck with Lord Vindral, the leader of Vykos. In exchange for Horuset military support on the planet infrastructure to supply the Academy would be transferred to House Horuset control.
