Name: Kyrvati
Injury:
- Numerous lacerations across the body, mostly superficial
- Numerous deep bruises from blunt force, presumably from high drops and high speed impact with solid surfaces
- Deep cracks in four ribs (he insists they are fine)
- Concussion (he insists this is false)
- Significant electrical burns on both hands
- Left arm torn into by blaster, considerable evaporation of flesh and muscle tissue over forearm and bicep
Treatment:
- Cleaning of burns and application of cooling salve and bandages
- Cleaning of lacerations, desinfection and bandaging deeper wounds
- Arm padded and wrapped with wounds covered, closed tight with splints for support and relief to affected areas to enable regrowth of tissue, sealed to prevent contamination and expedite healing
- Blood panel requested based on suspicions he would not share, results pending
- Recommend reduced strain and activity for three days (patient makes a show of rolling his eyes)
- Recommend patient to let left arm rest for a few days while it heals (patient scoffs at this)
- Patient declines any further numbing or pain relief, against medical advice - we elect not to force the matter at this time
Observation:
Patient arrived in a highly agitated and unsettled state and was resistant to care and examination at first. Could not be pacified, though exhaustion eventually made the patient pliable enough to treat (see: above notes). Expectations of patient following given recommendations are, at present, low.
